V6.0.1 shipped 48 hours after V6.0.0. Here is what changed and why.

The Execution Mandate

The biggest change: Skales now executes tasks immediately instead of explaining what it could do. We added an “Execution Mandate” to the agent's core instructions. When you ask Skales to do something, it does it. No more “I could do X by...” responses. This was the single most common piece of feedback from V6.0.0 users in the first 48 hours.

Safety Mode Simplified

V6.0.0 had three modes: Safe, Advanced, and Unrestricted. Advanced was confusing and felt identical to Safe. Now there are just two: Safe (everything needs approval) and Unrestricted (full autonomy). Clear and simple.

Telegram Gets Text-Based Approval

The inline keyboard buttons in Telegram never worked reliably. Instead of fighting the Telegram API, we switched to text-based approval. When Skales needs permission, it asks in plain text. Reply “yes” to approve, “no” to decline. Simple, reliable, works everywhere.
